Either you aren't looking hard enough or you really don't have a PS2 with NBA Live 2001. During the game, pause it, push 0 to bring up the menu, go to the last option which is strategies and push X, then pick the first one which is team strategies by pushing X, then go down where it says Auto Subs and push X again to toggle it between on and off. I have the game and system and it wasn't that hard to figure out. [IMG]

Well.I alos had much trouble finding it. That option menu by pushing 0 is poorly designed in my opinion. They just have too many option screens to work your way through that. All the normal pause menus, then the L2/R2 menus, then the O menus. It is pretty ridiculous.

Overall, though I find the game pretty enjoyable. At the moment I prefer to play on the hardest difficulty level with the shots controlled by the cpu, until i figure out how to control my own shots better (advice??). There are some controls that could be designed a little better. Sometimes I wish you could just tap L1 to keep the direct pass options open and then tap it again to get rid of them, but the holding method is ok. DirectShoot with L2 takes some getting used to.

Despite reading some poor initial previews, overall I find the game to be very good.

Haha.. you fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is: Never get involved in a land war in Asia. Only slightly less well know is this: Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!
