Anyone else having a hard time using Chase's online service? It seems everytime I go to it it says it's "temporarily unvailable". WTF?
As an aside: The most annoying thing to me is that Chase doesn't let you download directly to Quicken unless you have a checking account with them.
I havent used it in about a month but the last time I did it was hell. It took days for me to avoid "temporarily unavailable"
I got an email a while back (i'm sure you did too) saying that they online site was being redesigned or something and it would be down for a couple weeks and to pay in advance of the dates. Not sure what the dates are since I deleted the mail, but you might want to look back in your mail and see if you can find it because of the dates.
same here...i didn't realize how much i rely on it but it stinks being down. this is prob the longest "temporarily unavailable" notices ever on a service website. they did send me an email saying sorry for all this but said it'd be back up by 7/27. it wasn't working yesterday for me and i haven't checked yet today.
This is because of their merger with Bank One. Pretty much a case study on how NOT to do web upgrades/updates.
Man, here they are saying their online banking would have a "new look". All's they did was to PLOP their OLD look into a blue background... it frickin' looks the same!!!! I friggin' hate this.
Faos, Face it, your broke.........Chase is saving you the agony of actually having to see it..... But seriously, I haven't much problem with it lately, just logged on and it seemed to be working fine... sorry, I no that is not much help...
