Just saw on FoxSW that morency and mathis were signed tonight before training camp started. Travis Johnson still hasn't signed though. This is the first year that not all the draft picks were signed before camp starts. Hope he signs soon.
Great news. Its always good to have rookies sign in time for camp. Morency was a steal in the third round and will a solid backup to DD. Mathis was the fastest guy in the draft and should be a major upgrade over Moses. He is recieving skills are still very raw so I doubt he will help there this year.
Berman on Fox 26 said Travis Johnson and the Texans appear close to a deal and it could be reached before their first practice which is Saturday Afternoon.
