I've confronted numerous people on this topic, I was wondering if you guys would like to help out in contributing an opinion yourselves. If Cleveland approached us right now and said they'd offer Lebron James for Tmac and a first round draft pick in 2007, would you do it? Would you keep the greatest player in the game right now or would you look to gamble for a potentially future great player?

Interesting. If there's a first round draft pick thrown in, I just may have to go with James. He has T-Mac covered in just about every relevant statistical category. He shot a better percentage, had more assists, and was better from outside on a team full of jabronis as compared to T-Mac who had a good complimenting squad. I think I would want to wait and see how T-Mac does this year having adjusted to Van Gundy's system and finally being comfortable in his role. So, I guess I'd say, my heart says T-Mac but my head says Lebron.

TMac is a top 3 player in his position both offensively and defensively, and he is quite young. You don't want to rebuild your team's core every 2 seasons, if so you might have the greatest potential but will NEVER actually win a championship!!!

I stay with Tracy McGrady. McGrady and Yao were really jelling!! It was the power forward and lack of athletisism from the back court that really hurt the Rockets. If not, the Rockets would have given the Spurs a run for their money!!

How so? James did 26-7-7 as a freak'n sophomore, this guy has capabilites of putting up a Oscar Robinson numbers next season. He barely had a supporting class and I think you're really gonna see a show next season w/ Hughes.

Maybe you'd care to expain how James played stupid last season?

so basically you guys would take Lebron over T mac??? And this is a Houston rockets website, a website that has generated popularity due to the likes of Tracy Mcgrady and then you would just go and stab him in the back to take the younger phenom in Lebron James leaving tmac high and dry, is this what we're saying Houston???

So Swift hasn't signed yet? That's beautiful. Tracy Mcgrady is the best basketball player in the NBA skills wise. No heart for the fight though, no heart. Lebron has more passion in his pinky finger than Mcgrady has in his whole body. I'd still keep Tracy though because maybe the Trophy will seduce him and make him fall in love. Who knows. Rockets in Six over the Heat next year.

Yao-Mac, Wade-Shaq, Gundy-Gundy, NBA makes money, now aint that funny, China Man vs King Kong, made it in the All star game every year, aint that wrong? Wade the next Jordan makes moves that melts in your mouth like Borden, Ice cream Tmac taking us to the finals is our dream, now Let us move in SWIFT-ly, holla back Hakeem we miss thee, you helped us win two but not three, hopefully Tracy can bring us four befour we fall asleep during the Finals like last year and snore. HOLLA!

I would keep McGrady no question. I know alot of people disagree with me but when both their careers are said and done I believe T-Mac will have accomplished more than James. T-Mac has unbelievable heart & will. He reminds me of Jordan, and he's just getting started.

You have 14 posts in 3 years and 3 of the posts are useless. I'd say your futility to contribution ratio is pretty high. This is a Rockets website and you have not contributed in a positive way yet. If you are looking for a job, you can find one as a soap opera writer, because you're good at creating fictional drama and conflicting situations.

I haven't watched enough of LeBron's games to know or not... I know he's young, ridiculously talented, and puts up good numbers, but does he play both sides of the ball? I don't remember hearing much about him shutting anyone down...

    "Stab him in the back?"

Look, we all love Tracy here, but King James practically isn't human. That dude could pull a Big O if he tried hard enough. Of course I would make that trade.
