So i had a court date for a speeding ticket that I got and i completely forgot about it (i blame it on the excitement behind stromile coming to houston). I called the court and my only options they say are to post bond and have a date reset or just pay the fine and have it on my record...I was wondering if any of you know a good speeding ticket lawyer i can hire at this point. My ticket was in the Pearland area, so would it be better to go with a lawyer that works there and thus is familiar with the people in the courts there? thanks guys...
David Sprecher is the best traffic attorney in Houston. His office is located off Westheimer and Montrose.
Unfortunately both. I have been using him for three years now and I am yet to have any sort of traffic ticket put on my record. That has also been the case with many friends whom I've referred to him. A lot of attorneys in Houston use him and that's how I originally found out.
dang, it looks like im out of luck with him. he doesnt handle anything in the Pearland area...back to the drawing board for me...
That sucks. Although I can't say it suprises me, most of the upper eschelon attorneys have so many cases that they only handle tickets in the Houston area .
you missed court? yikes. i wonder if there is a bounty hunter named Rusty Shackleford out looking for you.
BTW, I recently used the advice that I saw on here. Pull over immediately, have license and insurance ready before the cop can ask for it. I got out of the speeding ticket!!!
