OK guys I am ripping out my carpet in my living and dining are and am going to add hardwood floors. My neighbors just did the same and they used bamboo flooring and it looks really good. The bamboo flooring they used is this:

I'm thinking of doing the same. Can anyone offer me any suggestions on why or why I shouldn't use the bamboo flooring and if so can you recommend something else? I see that the bamboo is a little pricy compared to some of the other stuff. Thanks!

I've got bamboo in my upstairs bedroom. It looks great and it was not that difficult to install. I bought the bamboo from Floor & Decor for about $2.79 sqft. I think Lumber Liquidators is more expensive.
