It usually goes for $600, but they're having a sale this weekend on them. I got the last 2 of the showroom floor, but the salesdude said there were more in the "back" Better hurry and get them while they're still around.
Did you get the Powerspec 8720? I am looking at the ad, seems to match the specs you posted. The price is $449 after $100 rebate if you apply for the Microcenter credit card and get approved (which shouldnt be a problem) http://www.microcenter.com/images/specials/0605b_page01_full.jpg
Yea I work there and people were ordering $200 computers all night long. In addition, there were Emachines computers for $100 from 10-11 PM. There were only 5 in the store, and people starting lining up for them at 2 PM!!!
THat is it! But there are no rebates (at least not today). It was $499 with no rebate. The sales guy said it was $599 last week.
Yeah, but if you apply for a Microcenter credit card you get $100 OFF your overall purchase. That includes most of the expensive stuff like the computers. That is assuming you get approved and that you dont already have their credit card. So its like a 1 time deal.
