The entire NL collapsed towards the end of interleague. The Astros at 6-4 in their last 10 are tied with the best "streak" in the NL. Easy to see how they've climbed back into this. Until they reach .500 they are still a bad team, though.

 

Let's trade for Beltran after the all-* break!!! I believe.

 

all the Astros have to do is play the rest of the schedule at home against the NL West, and they could take the division...

 

actually, Stevie told me they'd be fine as long as they wore their retro uni's the rest of the way.

 

They're also 16-9 (.640) over the last month (30 days).

At that pace, they'll finish with 90 wins.

I dont think we're gonna get the WC, but my annual Cubs vs. Astros bet isnt completely hopeless. Last year I got a Clemens jersey....I dont want to buy my buddy a Lee jersey.
