    I saw that too. In fact, I've spoken with some of the people involved.

    The fact is that the Save Our Grizzlies group is a business group rather than a group of fans. The people who run that effort represent local businesses rather than fans which is why they got a meeting with the NBA.

    They won't help, however. The Grizz are definitely gone.

    Funny thing is that Darren Rovell covers the sports business stuff for ESPN and he is really a good guy. He did give SOR some pub towards the end and we exchange emails occassionally.
