    So if Michael Powell of FCC wants to fine the station for airing "mofo", should the station owner forward the bill to the governor?

    EDIT: change to "should the governor pick up the tab personally if the station owner decides to forward the bill to him?"

    Does anyone else remember The Gipper calling the press "b*st*rds" at the end of one of his press conferences. Can you imagine if Clinton did? That would have just added more fodder for Kenny Boy to investigate.
