So I was out in the sun all day yesterday pretty much (playing hookey from work) and today Ive broken out all over the forehead. This sucks!! Is this from the sun? Any ideas on quick remedies? It looks like Ive hit puberty all over again....

Is it a rash or actual acne. It sounds like heat rash or heat bumps.

It doesnt itch, burn or sting, so I think we can rule out heat rash. My skin feels really oily too....

Heat bumps don't itch or sting thoughand those are different from heat rash, so a nurse tells me. Are they filled with pus?

I saw this same thing when on the beaches of India. Everyone had spots on their forhead. It's quite frighteneing, and I think, permanent.

Some people become allergic to the sun as they get older

    Toothpaste and frozen spoons.

    Also...

Morning Wood is normal, but don't pee in the sink. The shower is better suited for this need, or you could just try the old "upper decker"

I think that's where you take a couple steps back from the toilet so the high arc doesn't go over the toilet and hit the wall...

Drewdog, did you use a sunscreen or something on your face that might have broken your skin out? That's probably the easiest answer.

Just sit down in the mornings, it's much easier and pain free.

    Carry on.

I used some at the beach but I dont remember putting it on my face - but that was a week and a half ago. This was from just being outside and sweating like a stuck pig.

    Day 3-

Things are starting to clear up a bit. I bought some nutrogena oil-free skin care soap with some clear gel ****. Seemed to make it less red, now if I could just get rid of the little bumps I would be cool.

Knew you guys were dying for an update.
