Do any of the major cities in Texas have a curfew (it's been 10 years since I lived in Houston)? In our town of 40,000 in Minnesota, there is a curfew for teens which should effectively limit their driving. I believe it is 11:00 PM on week nights and later on Firday/Saturday. You do have dispensation if you have a job. ------------------
I'm thinking Dallas has a curfew. I know Amarillo had a curfew, but when they wrote the law, they set it to expire one year after it was enacted, so it's now expired (though the police still ticket kids for violating the curfew.
