    16 PG Roko Ukic Croatia -- 6-5 183
Since they didn't get one of the top PG prospects with early pick, they fill the void here.
17 SG Rashad McCants North Carolina Jr. 6-4 207
With Reggie Miller having retired, they go for the best pure shooter left on board.
18 PF Chris Taft Pittsburgh So. 6-10 260
Questions about work ethic persist but this stud athlete has all the makings of fine NBA player.
19 PF Charlie Villanueva Connecticut So. 6-11 240
Jerry West would probably love to get this UConn product if local Celts don't grab him first.
20 SG Rudy Fernandez Spain Jr. 6-5 185
They need shooting guards and this lanky Spaniard might help immediately.
    21 C Johan Petro France -- 7-0 247
They pass over local favorite Ike Diogu for this shot-blocking 7-footer who fits their scheme.
    22 SF Ersan Ilyasova Russia -- 6-9 235
They want to stash a pick overseas anyways, and this 6-9 Turk is a fantastic prospect.
23 SF Joey Graham Oklahoma St. Sr. 6-7 225
Terrific athlete with smarts, and he'd be insurance in case Peja Stojakovic ever departs.
24 PF Ike Diogu Arizona St. Jr. 6-8 250
They need an athletic power forward, and this Pac-10 scoring machine fits the bill.

25 SF Kennedy Winston Alabama Jr. 6-6 230
Even if Ray Allen re-signs, this sweet-shooting swingman would be hard to pass up.
    26 SG Julius Hodge N.C. State Sr. 6-7 210
They need to add bench depth, and this fiery swingman is ready to contribute immediately
    27 C Andrew Bynum St. Joseph HS (N.J.) HS 7-0 285
After having drafted a point guard, they can afford to wait on this promising prep center.
    28 SF Mickeal Gelabale France -- 6-7 215
They have a history of international steals, and this Spanish SF could be another.
29 PF Jason Maxiell Cincinnati Sr. 6-7 260
An athletic perimeter player with strength to complement the Dwyane Wade-Shaq tandem.
30 PF Andray Blatche South Kent Prep (Conn.) HS 6-11 235
Isiah Thomas rolls the dice on the latest lanky raw high schooler in the Kevin Garnett mold.

I don't really like this guy's mock draft. Simien isn't even in the 1st Round? Graham falls all the way to #23 after having the best workout in the draft?

And #29 Jason Maxiell an athletic perimeter player. This guy is a beast kinda like Ben Wallace, the dude does not play on the perimeter.
