Armed man walks into Fed Court in Downtown Seatle armed with multiple weapons and self proclaimed bomb.

He was shot down by police, he didn't make it past the securtiy. he hasn't been tended to due to the fact they don't know if he really has a bomb, prehaps wired to himself.

Court house on lockdown. Bombsquad in building now.

OnTv now....Not sure about the reports on weapons etc....they don't really know what they are talking about.

Man shot at federal courthouse in Seattle

A man who walked into the federal courthouse in downtown Seattle claiming he had a bomb was shot, police said.

The man's condition was not immediately known.

Police said the man walked into the building early this afternoon and apparently had some sort of explosive device. However, the man did not make it past security.

It was not immediately clear if the man was shot by Seattle police or building security.

Employees were evacuated from the building under escort.

A federal employee said they heard two loud shots, then the man was seen crumbled on the lobby floor. At 12:30 p.m., he was still lying there with what appeared to be a yellow backpack. No one was near the man.

One person from the U.S. Attorney's office said she believes no one is attending to the suspect because officials are not certain whether the man is wired to explosives.

During the stand-off, the man stood at the west side of the lobby, while police with rifles were at a distance near the building's elevators.
