Celebrity Sighting at the Galleria

P Diddy concert I think, and there is a b-ball game between Rap-A-Lot and Bad Boyz if I am not mistaken.

So yah, there is something going on.

 

I think it is more than that. Van Exel was talking about it on the radio the other day. A lot of NFL and NBA guys in town. They will be playing golf, and playing each other in softball at Memorial Park, then a concert by PDiddy, etc.

TMac and Garnett are supposed to play in the softball game today at 2pm. Which bbs member is going to bring a camera to document all of this????

Last year around this time, I saw Cuttino Mobley, Tyson Wheeler (remember him?) and Emeka Okafor in the Galleria.

I believe around Super Bowl time there was a who's who list of celebrities in the Houston area.

 

Kinda cool that they are here, but dang, it's almost suffocating outside to be playing charity golf and softball.

 

Just saw some clips of the softball game on fox26 Sports Extra. McGrady wearing a cool red Astros hat (H&star) played a little long ball. He had grand slam. Mike James also hit a homer.

 

Sounds like the STros should hire TMAC.

 

His first sport was baseball. he was a mean shortstop in his day if I remember correctly.

 

Let's just hope he doesn't pull a Jordan.
