Isn't that cooling everywhere with the Tech "slowdown"? I saw some homes for sale in the neighborhood, but once they sell (and they will), all will be back to normal (i.e. cannot find a home to buy). Just a short-term industry shakeout. Don't understand why everyone seems so surprised - textbook case.
