After visiting this site for a few months I've seen alot of topics about weddings, kids, HS basketball and it made me wonder what the average age is of the members of clutchcity. I'm 19 and in my 2nd year of college at UH. What about you guys? ------------------
21 in a week, Junior at UH. You on campus, Geek? ------------------ Hey now, Hey now, don't Dream it's over...
I'm on campus during the week, I transferred from Florida St this semester. I'm at the quad. What about you? ------------------
In the Quads myself -- been in the Quads for like 3 years. I hate'm but luckily, I'm moving into an apartment next semester. ------------------ Hey now, Hey now, don't Dream it's over...
Yeah I'm looking into the Cullen Oaks apartments that are opening in the fall. Which hall are you in? I'm in the Law Hall and I avoid that place as much as possible b/c it's like a morgue there. ------------------

Law Hall, eh? Same here, 2nd floor. I don't like it much either but I'm not around a whole helluva a lot so it doesn't really matter. Plus the RA's on the floor are pretty lax -- its actually no that bad. I know a few folks movin' over to Cullen Oaks -- I actually thought about that myself but it looks damn expensive. ------------------ Hey now, Hey now, don't Dream it's over...
Turned 15 last Sunday. I got some questions for anyone that can answer em. Can you get a job when you 15? Are there any limitations? And, is there something like a student drivers license that you can get but where you have to have a person 18 or older with a license with you?? ------------------ Charles Barkley on TBS on the "fat track" poll: "What? 47% said I'd gain more.....why those.....they better be glad this is a family show."
Anyone else get the impression the Band Geek and Stone Cold are roomates ------------------ "Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored."- (Aldous Huxley)
Damn, 47! I'm yakking with my kids here! ------------------ Time is a great teacher-- only problem is it kills all its pupils. PowerbizOnline.com
HAHA Close, I'm on the 4th floor though. ------------------ [This message has been edited by Band Geek Mobster (edited March 04, 2001).]
I hope some older folks post in this thread! I'm 25. I must admit I am a bit suprised. Some of the people I perceived as being older are pretty damn young. ------------------ "We got f*cking smashed every day. And then when we came here to Beverly Hills, we had drugs, we had chicks, we had orgies. I thought I'd died and gone to f*cking Rome" ---Ozzy Osbourne, on the early days of Black Sabbath
Are you serious? I did a search for an age thread before I posted the topic and I couldn't find any. ------------------
Back when I was 15 (which was almost 15 years ago), one could legally get a job and once one took driver's ed and passed the driver's test, one could get their learner's permit which allowed one to drive with a licensed driver over 18 in the front seat. (I also got a hardship license which allowed me to drive to and from school when I was 15). And to answer the original question of the thread. I'm 29 (until July 19, that is). ------------------ Houston Sports Board The Anti-Bud Adams Page
mrpaige is right. I think you can get all kinds of jobs at age fifteen, but you can't serve alcohol until 18 if I remember correctly. oh yeah. 21 until May and a senior at Rice! I'm also a woman. I just like pointing that out. Not really part of this thread, but I like being only one of like five women on the bbs. ------------------ Poopy!
Yet another age thread. Another chance feel older. Another chance to post my age, then wait and wait and wait till someone older than me to post. Thank God for RichRocket. I'm 37. ------------------ Behad Sergeant at Arms of the Clutch BBS
