This is killing me, I am using it to set up my new company and it is a nightmare.

I like Road Runner as a hole, it is cheaper then DSL, but the Mail server issue is a big problem.

    Hey DaD,

Just have everyone in your company and all your vendors and clients register with cc.net, and you can communicate through the hangout area until you get email back. Everything goes, here, right?

Things like these is why I use Mailbank (that and the fact that I could get paige.net as my email server). Since they are an email provider only, they tend to have fewer outages than the ISPs I've dealt with.

I love my RoadRunner. I never installed a single piece of RoadRunner software, never even signed up for a houston.rr.com email address, and I couldn't be happier.

They provide my with reliable Internet service, and I don't trust them with anything else.

YEP!!! 3 Days now as well. I still love it and connect at over 3000Kbps. I'm thinking of simply giving everyone on of my alternative Yahoo accounts and foward it to my Outlook xpress. Thata way it'll b a permanent address if RR keeps slippin'! Oh well!

I have roadrunner, but I don't use the e-mail account they provided. However, my e-mail is noticeably slower, perhaps they are related. Roadrunner is lucky I'm skeptical of DSL.

I like Roadrunner as a "hole" too. You thrown your email down in, but it never comes back out. [IMG]
