So, I guess I was worrying over a whole lot of nothing. How typical. Today, it seems like she realized that she was wrong, and the day went by great. I guess I'm just paranoid...
I really don't blame you for thinking that you had the "worst day." I have no words of advice to your current situation because I really don't know who you are (personality wise), but I will say that all these "worst days" will come and go, when college starts they will multiply, and when you graduate they will be exponential. The best thing you can do is maintain your composure. Somedays, you will have an alarm go off late, a stained shirt at the beginning of the day, and you know this day is going to be bad. You, and only you are in control of how your day will go. Anytime I have a bad day, I say to myself, "today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday, and I'm still here." Good luck!
The way to get rid of a bad day is to go back to sleep. If you catch yourself having a bad day, schedule a nap as soon as possible. That's how you reset things. And, if Eddie's day didn't seem as bad as yours... it's different for different people. I don't know about you, but everything was magnified when I was 18, compared to now. It's probably just life. Life is one big roller coaster. Hang on tight for the ride. You never know what's around the next corner.
Oh, no. I had just recently forgotten about that traumatic episode, and now you have just unleashed a fury upon my tormented psyche..... Okay, that passed.... Phew.
