We should "get over it" because their job is tough? That's why they get 6-figure salaries; to perform a difficult job. To imply that we shouldn't complain becuase their job is difficult is silly.

I'm with you. It's asinine to have rules and then state that enforcing the rules is impractical. Either enforce the rules they way they're written or change the rules. Subjectively applying rules based on the perceived advantages of the various players only results in a system that at best "seems" unfairly biased.

    AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enough already about the officiating. Nobody is perfect, humans are naturally a biased creature so deal with it. Thats the penalty we pay for having consiousness. We tend to give a little more leway to the ones we like and not so much to the onese we dislike.

Just let the players "play the game" and be realistic in the foul calling. I for one don't want to see a 4 hour game and for sure do not want to see instant replay.....God please don't let this happen. That would just kill the pace of the game.

Bottom line is as long as the refs call it fair on both ends of the floor the players just need to adjust thier games accordingly.

Ok stepping of the soap box now....:D
