    Ok,

So I get up this morning at about 7:00am and go up to check on my 2 boys. My oldest is already playing Nintendo, but the 2 & 1/2 year old is not out of his room.

Then I hear him scream a bit.....small one, no biggie, so I go into his room, and he is laying on his side in his bed with his head on the covers.

His eyes are wide open and he is moaning, I think to myself, oh no, he is sick, so I get down and ask him if he is ok, and to sit up...he wimpers a little....so I try to pick him up.

As he is coming off the covers I notice that the sheets are coming up as well, and he starts to scream......

Then I notice that his hair is stuck to the sheets, no, not stuck...rather cemented to the sheets with a dried up piece of gum.

Somehow he got some gum ( his grandma was watching him the night before ) and chewed it and it fell out of his mouth and he slept on it while it was wet.

He now has a nice 2 inch patch of baldness on the side of his head.

    Kids.....LOL

When Collin was in the crib, he would break into his daiper and smear **** all over the place. It would be on the crib, on the walls, on the sheets, all over him and in his hair. It was mortifying. After it happened a second time, we finally had to duct tape his daiper so that he couldnt pull it open. I do not miss those days.

    bwahahaha!

Good thing that didn't happen to him during the school year, or you might be paying for his child therapy bills after getting teased at school...

Due to a scheduling conflict earlier this year I had to take my youngest (6) to work one day. Well she got bored coloring pretty quick as you might imagine so I thought I would put her to work. I have a lab of about 6 PC's that I needed Windows reloaded on. So I gave her the CD and the instructions and showed her how to setup the first one. Now the process is pretty much automated but if you don't follow the steps and type in the right stuff it won't work. After the first one she was able to follow the instructions and did the other 5 by herself. The 1st level desktop guys that usually do this actually got mad and reported to my manager that she was being a nuisance and I ended up having to leave after lunch.

I went with some friends to Fuddruckers (not a fast food establishment :) ) for dinner one night and took my older son with me. He is 5.

After we get our food, the manager comes by and in a very upbeat, overly excited voice asks if everything is alright...did we get everything...food is good...that sort of thing. We say yes and she steps away and moves to the next table.

At which time my 5 year old says rather loudly and very sarcastically, "Geez, what was that all about??"

The whole table started dying laughing...and the manager looked back with an evil face.

Seriously...I have so many stories about my son doing stuff that makes me laugh, I'm not sure there's enough space on the BBS. i don't think he'll be a brain surgeon...he'll probably be short like his Irish father...but he will likely have no trouble entertaining a crowd.

    Ha!! Good one.

Collin was about 4 and was getting ice out of the fridge. It churned and churned and finally dumped a ton of ice in his little cup and spilled all over the floor. He stops, looks at all of the ice on the floor, and very sternly says, "Ahh ****". I about fell over laughing because he was so sincere. I have no idea where he got that kind of language from. :D

Very similar to a story my parents always tell about my older brother... They were having a small dinner party with about 5 other couples. My brother was 2 and I hadn't been born yet. He was standing over at the edge of the coffee table trying to pick up one of those Little Smokey cocktail wieners with a toothpick for several minutes before knocking it off the tray onto the floor... "Sausage, sausage... Oh, Sh*t!"
