There's actually quite a few fans for Cologne and Rhein Fire today. Is the NFL gaining traction in Europe?
I went to a couple of Amsterdam games. About 4years ago every sunday they showed a nfl game, and summarys of nfl europe games. I used to watch them. but i think that in holland it is losing popularity. i can't see any NFl games anymore
I like how they put the nfl parent logos on the uniforms. Titans have a good running back going today.
Yeah, I am in the same boat. IIRC, on TV they said that the attendance is like 20% or so higher than last year.
I'm not sure it isn't doing well. Maybe more people are attending the game. But it isn't broadcasted like it used to be(and the nfl also isn't broadcasted anymore). A couple of years ago there was alot of advertising for the admirals games, and that also isn't the case anymore. So i think it isn't doing very well.(but I do not know how many people attend the games).
Not really and after seeing this I'm not very impressed with their cheerleaders also. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/pgStory?contentId=3621942&pageNumber=14
May be they are the pretty ones in the eyes of the Europeans. Beauty in the eye of the beholder, you know...
NFL Europe? you mean NFL Germany? I was amazed when it was pointed out in a Sporting News article that 6 of the 7 teams in the league are ALL in Germany with Amsterdam being the other team. The teams in Spain and Great Brittian folded or moved. Anyway, I enjoy watching the games on Sundays, at least it is something to watch other than Golf! Jarrett Payton is ripping it up for Amsterdam. I am sure the Titans are pleased with that. He might end up being a nice backup for the Titans.
Do you dislike cheerleaders in general of just the NFL Europe cheerleaders? They're not all bad just on the average don't seem as attractive as NFL or NBA cheerleaders.
considering that 5 of 6 teams in NFL "Europe" are now in Germany, which is a decline from having teams in Spain, England, Scotland, Netherlands & Germany a few years ago, I'd say no, with regard to places other than Germany.
