    The answer is clear:

    She was listening to her IPOD with one earpiece (in the right ear so you couldn't see it). She is obviously a Pebbles fan and was listening to " Do you want to ride in my Mercedes Boy" and you mistook her singing along for a proposition. My suggestion? Park 2 blocks from the bus stop, bring along a small brass ensemble then walk up to her and start singing...

    Sounds like she was a cop. When she offered you a ride, you were supposed to ask how much and then get the cuffs slapped on. Once it was clear you were not soliciting, she aborted to return to her original position and get a less scrupulous gent.

    I'm thinking maybe the girl said "thank's for the ride"

    and maybe flirted a bit. Before 3814 turned horndog.

    Perhaps he doesn't hear so good. Maybe he should schedule and ear wax candelling before he resumes cruising?

    Who the hell gets into a stranger's car without even making sure that they'll get to their destination? She wasn't even concerned that you didn't know where she needed to get to. Whether she's a hooker, cop, or just plain kooooookoooooo, who cares? There's gotta be some other hot chicks somewhere in B.C. to hit on. Cut your losses, my friend.

    Now that would be a pretty great twist to this story. Of course why would a cop or hooker be out looking for tricks at 7:30AM?

    I wasn't aware there was a big morning sex trade commute.

    Hmmm... she does seem kind of forward, but if she was a hooker, why did she stop there? (unless she was hoping to do stuff at his place/ in his room instead of in a parked car somewhere... but you'd think she would have said that)

    Looks like she's either a nutcase or someone who's seriously into playing mind games (not much better). Oh well. That's what you might get when you randomly pick up women at bus stops...
