Wow. Never, ever in my life have I been apart of what I was apart of last night. I went down to sixth street at about 10:00 for the whole mardi gras scene. It was packed the whole night - bigger than Halloween by my estimation. At about 2:00 AM something/somebody went freaking nuts. Police locked down the whole street, they were spraying tear gas at us. It was absolutley crazy - everyone was going nuts. I think somebody started throwing stuff at the cops and that's what triggered their action. But anyway, it was one wild scene last night, but boy was it fun. -Turbo
