"I know one day, I'm going to wake up and it's not going to be there," O'Neal said, referring to the soreness in his leg. "When that day comes, whoever we're playing, they're going to be in trouble ... I've been playing like Erick Dampier."

What is the problem with him saying this...

I mean Erick Dampier IS the self proclaimed SECOND BEST CENTER in the league. ;)

Actually, what I've heard repeatedly is that Hakeem at some point decided $5 was a fair tip... for everything. So when he should've been giving a $2 tip, he gave $5. When he was supposed to give a $15, he still gave $5... hence, he pissed a lot of people off.

Ya know, it's a generational and cultural thing - and expectations.

I hate the fact that tipping is now expected for something like delivering a pizza. It shouldn't be. We have to freakin tip everyone now - frankly, i wish tipping was just for good service. The biggest tip I ever gave to a pizza guy was when before he took any money said "Hey, your pizza got squished a bit, I'd be happy to go back and get you another one if you're ok with waiting - but i can't give you a discount". He could have taken the money, a tip, and walked away. But he didn't, he risked making his life a bigger pain in the ass.

I took the pizza because it wasn't that bad, and tipped him $5 because someone should be rewarded for being upfront and honest. Too bad the world doesn't work that way.

his best quote was when he was referring to himself as the Godfather and that Penny, Kobe, and Wade were his kids. He said Penny didn't have the guts to take over, Kobe wanted it too much, and Wade was Micheal Corleone, ready as ever. SOmething like that. i wish i had the exact quote.

So Cuban, who's the better investment now, Nash or Dampier?

7 years, $73 million to go!
