For Dallas fans, are you hearing it at work?

Umm, for you guys who work in Dallas, are you getting the star treatment from the Mavs fans? I sure did.

Plastered all over where I work is a picture of T-Mac and Barkley going fishing. Plus, they have the article of the blowout and specific quotes/details underlined.

I was dreading it, but my head is up high for my Rockets. We're going to have a good offseason and upgrade this squad from being the geriatrics. It sucked we had to go out that way.

Yeah, our up side is still miles better. It's not like last year, we know that our future is bright. Don't let it get to you, the Mavs will fold quickly in the next series.

Don't worry about it ... I predict that their sense of humor will disappear when Amare scores 40 on 'm.

    Dont take flak from them.

Tell them to talk to you after their franchise has won something besides a first round playoff series.

Congratulate them on the fact that in 25 years, they have one division championship, and thats it.

Rockets= 2 world titles, 4 western conf titles, 4 NBA finals appearances.

Mavs = in 25 years, 1986 Midwest Division Champs - - LOLOLOL.! YAY MAVS!

Yeah, we got drubbed by 40, but I REFUSE TO TAKE CRAP FROM FANS OF A FRANCHISE WITH A LOSING HISTORY.

    LETS GO SUNS!

What else is left to say? A 40 point butt-kicking like that sort of speaks for itself. The sports talk shows up here today are calling the Rockets a "two-man team" and after what happened in Game 7, I'm afraid that they are right.

It has not been too bad. Most of my Mav friends understand that I would not rub it in their face if we had won, so they are being nice.

You know what, after T-Mac's post-game press conference, I felt better. Even if he's young, he is a determined leader for this franchise's future. So if we got blown out, so what. Once again I say, we took a 58-win team who was healthy throughout the season and the playoffs and went 7 games. I'm proud of this squad, but there are improvements that need to be made.

Hopefully management won't get f**ked and sign Sprewell to a 20 year contract where we get it in the ass.

Strangely enough...my Boss (who HATES everything to do with Houston & constantly refers to us as choke city) barely mentioned it today. I think that its because I Never mentioned it when we were up 2-0. & when he finally said something (when they tied it at 2) I mentioned how me & the other Rockets fan never said a word when we were up 2-0 because we Houston Fans were above that sort of thing. I think that kept him a bay a bit after game 7.
