Just wondering if anyone else has gotten NBA Live 2001 yet? I picked up the PC version on Monday and it's pretty good. Graphics are great, and the player ratings are amazingly accurate. However, anyone ever played Langhi in a game? This may be of note to inquiring Rockets fans In franchise mode, I was able to trade Hakeem and Shandon for Shareef and a backup C Cato became the starter, and did well, but fizzled at the end of the season, so Jason Collier got the starting job. He was once Rookie of the week, and was "Player of the Game" in a playoff game versus the Spurs. He took David Robinson to school!! BTW, Shareef is a good fit for the Rockets He's the no. 2 option now, and is almost unstoppable when he gets on a roll. And Mo Taylor still can't rebound very well, but he scores at will. The Dreamcast version is fun. The movements are still kind of jacked up though (walking, coming of the bench, but the starting line up animations have improved somewhat). When I get a playstation 2 I'll be eager to see some improvements. But games sure have come a long way since donkey kong and mario bros. on nintendo. ------------------
