The announcers kept fawning over Terry, who had an incredible shooting run. But I thought Josh Howard was more versatile, and brought a better all-around game.

More than anyone on the Mavs, I was getting sick of looking at his grill, and really enjoyed seeing him get the Bob Sura takedown in Game 6.

More importantly, who will be the MVP of the next series.

    Hands down: Amare.

I agree, he clearly was the most valueable player out there.

As far as the Mavs go, it's got to be Terry hands down.

The MVP has to be on the winning team, of course TMAC was the best player, but we lost.

    Who says?

Didn't Hakeem win the MVP in college even though his team lost?

I think that if we learned anything from this series, it's that the Mavs don't have a ture superstar. They have a bunch of good players (mainly due to their owner's willingness to have a payroll that almost doubles Houston's), but they have no true superstar. Their so-called "MVP" has proven that he's better at flopping and whining to the refs than putting the ball in the basket.
