A REAL ballhander who can take pressure off T-Mac(Earl Watson). Get more speed and athletic (someone from draft). Put Sura on the bench where he belongs. Play Wesley also on the bench where he can play 20-25 minutes at this point of his career. Youth, Speed, and Athletic player should be the key. JVG has already shown he can get average defenders to play solid D.

PF... we need one. If not Juwan, then someone else.

PG ... we need one. Pick one up in FA... best available.

    Draft - Antoine Wright, Texas A&M :D

    Changes will be made huh?

I thought the Rockets would sit tight and put the same team on the court next year...

In light of the recent Michael Jackson trial, I believe that it is more appropriate, on a family forum, to suggest that the Rockets draft or sign younger players.

If you're talking about youth, who the hell do we pick in the draft?

Yao, McGrady, James and Howard are keepers, everyone else could be (should be) on the block. We need more starters who are athletic. Sura, Wesley, Barry are goo dbench players.

In a way, this last game might be the best thing to happen to the Rockets. It could not be any more clear what this team is lacking.

    Speed, athleticism, youth.

PF- I want to see either Stromile Swift or Tyson Chandler in a Rockets uniform next season.

PG- I really don't know. We've got so many point guards under contract.... How can we sign another? We'd have to trade a couple or cut them?

Draft - Antione Wright would be nice, but I'd really like Hakim Warrick.

For all the talk about needing a PF, the Rox need a better backcourt. If our guards were quicker, Yao wouldn't be worried by so many fouls.

If it were possible I'd trade Sura, James, and JHo just for Kirk Hinrich.

    Sign Joe Johnson.

Pick up a PF in the draft who can contribute immediately to hell with potential and a project.

Give Yao a contract extension worth 90mil over 10 yrs.

btw I doubt Bulls are going to let Chandler leave. It'll be Curry before Chandler goes.

I'd love to get him. Then maybe sign a PF this offseason.

I'm proud of the Rockets's achievements this year.

This loss will sting because it should have been over in 6.

I believe that T-mac and Yao will better for the experience.

I believe the front office will make every effort to improve the playing list.

I believe 06-07 will be our Year.

Sure... but be realistic. Don't we have a better chance of signing Chris Duhon who is a FA?

Could we live with a surly Paul Pierce? Boston will get rid of him. We, of course, have nothing to give for him except draft choices.

Our offensive rebounding really sucks, too.

    1. PF- we need a PF that rebounds well and can defend. Being able to hit a mid-range jumper would be really nice too. Chandler, Marshall, SAR, or Swift would be really sweet.

    2. Youth- Hopefully the draft will solve this. I would love to pickup a young backup PF like Simien, Turiaf, or Warrick. We just need some young legs on the team.

    3. PG- Lindsey says Spanoulis is ready and it would be awsome if he could come in and help out.

Sign PF: either Dalembert, Chandler or Marshall.

    Sign Bobby Simmons

gucci888, pretty much all your posts have laid out what we need.

    Good summary.
