We did in college. We had one of the boxes in front of each suite. Someone would just open it up and flip everyone on. Also someone found a way to just use a screw and got everyone premium channels too (not pornos, just HBO, Cinemax, etc).

Well, in my case, I just want cable to watch the Rockets games. Right now I already download R2Ks torrents from the internet. Is that stealing, too? I mean, I'm not watching the advertisements and I didn't pay to have TNT piped into my computer. Yet I don't feel bad about those downloads. I realize stealing isn't too nice and that getting caught would suck, but I'd only be watching for free something I get for free anyway, only a few hours earlier.

that's great, because when guys die, they get a point total of all the times they got p*rn without paying for it. The higher the score, the higher the likelihood of becoming a world leader in your next life (which explains the lack of women leaders).

I used to order broadband cable and not pay for the TV portion. Now that they have digital cable and force it on you to get the broadband, they're screwing me. I guess it evens out in the long run.

If you don't own a HDTV set, digital cable is a waste of money.

No, but I'd like to if I knew how. GIVE GIVE.

Someone post the site that says HOW. You know there's one. In fact, I will look for it, then report back as another user. :D

EDIT: Isabel, I was in the middle of typing "Hey, clutch, would you ban me if I add a link to 'how to steal cable'?". Of course I won't. of course, one of the poll choices has a bad word and should be banned. ;)

Hey guys do what you want...but be warned.
I work for Time Warner...not an installer or anything like that,
I work on the media side. BUT they are really cracking down on people getting cable illegal.

    From TWC website:

They are yet to come out with a digital descambler anyway and an analog test box or descrambler gets you really nothing now anyway.

Be careful and careful of those you tell. There are ways you can get that neighbor you dislike in trouble and keep it anonymous.

    Enjoy......

Oh BTW - I get EVERYTHING free including HD. I don't have to steal to get everything for free, ha ha ha!!!

I would just like to say that I have never stolen cable, nor will I ever do anything detrimental to the long-standing and richly deserved success of the media giant that is Time-Warner.

I would also not like to go to prison for stealing cable, as that is a massive butt rape waiting to happen.

    "So...what are you in for?"
