This is more of an observation than a condemnation of the Mo-Taylor for a cheeseburger and cap flexibility trade we pulled off. I was his biggest detractor. And I liked the trade alot at the time. If we have Mo, admittedly sub par 4 man, rather than an undersized complete offensive non factor in Bowen or a choking on his own vomit 4 man in Padgett we would be planning for Phoenix right now. Again, it's more just an observation of the crap luck of losing our only #4 to a rare condition than anything else. It just sucks. I wish Isiah Thomas wasn't such a dumbass.

If Mo is here, JVG would still put Tmac on Dirk.

But you never know which Mo you have on the night, he can be great, or he can be totally useless.

Dude, why did you start this crappy thread? If we had Juwan healthy, this would of been an even series. Screw Mo Taylor.

Glad his ass is on a sorry Knicks team whose up for the lottery.

What? No Mo trade, we won't even get the 5th seed, and we will lose to Spurs in 5 at best.

I don't know why I even bother to reply this thread.

    Because Mo Taylor would...

    a.) Solve our rebounding woes.
b.) Relieve TMac of his defensive responsibilities on Dirk

    Yeah. Uh, no.

Well, you know this BBS! If we didn't have knee-jerk reactionary comments after every loss, this wouldn't be a Rockets fan site

Hey, I agree Mo sucks ass and doesn't hustle. I'm just saying if we play the same way and replace the choking dog Padgett's minutes with Maurice Taylor that would be enough to put us over the hump IMO. Someone that can hit the wide open 15 footers being given to everyone of our 4's would help, or spread the defense a little more. The idea was to put Padgett in in place of Bowen to present a threat but he's hardly taking his shot (the one thing he is in this league to do) and he's missing and making bad plays on top of it. If you think Padgett is a significantly better defender on Dirk than Mo we will just disagree, I don't see a signifcant difference at all.

This guy is not wrong, at all

Mo taylor would offer us those 10-15 points that we lost with howard, the reason we traded taylor was coz he wouldnt play defense, board and he did the same thing howard did.

We miss howard, yes, and mo coulda helped us out a little on that end
Would Dirk have had a field day with moT, yes, but it would make us a MUCH better Small ball defending team

having moT at center is much better than having Mcgrady,Bowen or Padgett

Sorry guys, but Vin Baker and Mooch are the suck, and Vin baker doesnt even do a good job being a cheerleader like moochie

    MoT shoulda stayed.
