Ill preface this with im usually not this superstitious or crazy So my superstsitions this far were just keeping to routines that won us game 1. But for some reason (im still trying to figure out what ive done wrong) It didnt work game 3 and 4. Game 1 i brought food home and ate it as the game started. Then I cracked open a beer GROLSCH SWINGTOP. Why you ask? Because it is a German Beer and thus it is Dirk's Lifeblood/force. I take a swig everytime he catches the ball. I think in games 3 and 4 I drani t too fast. Only a little was left by the 4th qrtr. Oh yea...I cant go pee during the game because if i pee out Dirks Life force, it will go down the sewer and get returned to into his body...and we cant have that happening now can we?
Here are mine: I do not get out of my chair except in between quarters. I do not wash my Rockets shirt unless there is a loss. I have to be drinking a beer during the game. I have to have the same dip of snuff for the first half and another in the second. TNT is the reason we lost the last two. The 1st game of each night ran over so I could not see the whole game. I am glad we are the first game tonight. If we are going to win, I have to see the game from Tip-off
I put some major vudoo on the Magics and finally we got TMac from Orlando. I'm gonna put some on the Mavericks, so tonight they will flop and flop and the refs are bright as hell and not buying into their craps. Then Yao & TMac going the other end and slams it home.

I'm almost embarassed to say, but hey were all Men here, right? For Games 1 & 2 I wore my ex wifes rocket red, paisley panties. I got these for her during the 94 & 95 playoff series. Incidentally this is the only thing I was able to abscond during Divorce. To make a long story short, my Girlfriend discovered these last week while doing laundry, (she never does my Laundry). I almost lost her over these panties. She offered me a pair of hers for the Game an my explanations got me nowhere. Got 2 stop masturbating before games. Its stress relief, but game 1-2 i waitied till after the games...3-4 before the games. Also I call my friend or text her and let her know the Rockets are playing. They have only lost 3 times since I started doing this
i was able to watch the first 2 games from the start to the end. they won both. game 3, miami and nets went into overtime, and i didn't get to watch the begining of the rockets game. they lost. game 4, my cable co. didn't carry. lost again. tonight's game is on. so i'd say we win.
Love Direct Tv, I watched Games 1-2 on ESPN OR TNT, BUT 3 I STARTED WATCHING FSN AND SWITCHED TOWARD END OF GAME(SORRY GUYS). Game 4 I went too. Anybody got a cpl of tickets for Game 6 for sale?
In '94 Starks had gone off in game 6. For game 7 my friends and I found a starks basketball card. We put it in an ashtray, got a female friend's lipstick, painted our faces with war paint, and danced around the burning starks card right at tipoff. Starks had a horrible game. 3 for 17 or something like that. I never talk to family by telephone on game day until after the game. I also believe that trash talking by Rockets fans on Mavs boards after the first two victories jinxed us for the next two games. I'm not supersticious at all unless it comes to the Rockets.
All season long, Rockets won every game when I held my new born daughter and sing the Yao song before and during the game. She went to sleep before the game 3. I really don’t have the heart to weak her up. So we lost. I was working during the game 4, We lost. I will make sure we sing the song this entire game 5. By the way, If Rockets win this game, they should come back to Houston and check into a hotel. This should give them the road game feeling. It worked in the championship years and should work this time around.
