1995 San Antonio series

    I hope this team is more like the 95 Rockets and less like the 94 Suns

    I was comparing the teams in terms of overall ability to win, not in terms of talent in comparison to their opponent. I realize the '95 Spurs were incredible. But...

    The Rockets of '95 had by far a better ability to win than our current team. Most of the Rockets of '95 had been forged in the furnace of the previous year's championship run, including a hard-fought 7 game NBA Finals. They had reason to believe that they could win it all. This team doesn't, and that's why they won't...sadly.

    Great thread!

    I think it comes down to our Role Players (Sura, Wesley, Barry, James) hitting jumpers in the 4th quarter. Simple as that. We do that and we win, see games 1&2. We dont do that and we lose, see games 3&4. End of story.

    EXECUTION in the 4th!
