    dear houston rockets,

    i have lived in houston most of my life and watched many years of basketball. it was hard going through all those years of not making it to the playoffs, watching stevie dribble everything away, an early first round exit, and getting a whole new team in one season. on top of that, life has been hard at the university of texas hearing all those dallas fans rub it in our faces time and time again. once again today, we heard it from those fans, just like the last three years ive been here. rockets, win this series... if not for yourselves, but for the sake of our pride, and the PROUD city of houston. we believe. clutchcity '05.

    If and when we win this series, you people still down there at UT have to tear it up on 6th street with a huge rockets banner just to rub it in their faces. It'll be awesome. Just run down 6th after you watch the winning game at a 6th street bar like BW3 or Hard Rock Cafe and be wearing your Rockets jerseys. And laugh at everyone wearing a Dallas jersey when you see them. I'm so pissed right now I'd make a Rockets banner for you. F******!!!!

    the rockets weren't as disappointing as the fans from what i've heard (i never got to see the games).

    sounds like it's a "shhhhhhh, whisper when you cheer" thing goin on in the TC.

    Hit them early and often. Jason Terry needs a couple of well-timed chops to the chin and/or ribs while he's guarding so close on the press... I say we play a little meaner on D and stop with nice guy routine. Let Sura and Barry show these guys a little street ball... a little Junk-yard dog style ball and we can pull it out.

    If I have to listen to another Mavericks "fan" talk smack i'm going to shoot somebody.. I say "fan" because virtually every Maverick fan on the planet, except for a few older folk, only started rooting for the team around the year 2001.. once Cuban started throwing money at that team trying to buy a championship.. they are the lamest fans in Texas and do not deserve anything short of miserable, crushing defeat.

    Rockets, you must not fail.
