Of course you do. I find the characterization of straight male Rice alums surfing Match.com for guys amusing as well. To be clear, again, I wasn't a wannabe "sip". I was accepted twice, but chose TUFKNSWT because I fell in love with the campus and the town when I visited. So, instead of going to UT straight out of high school, I ended up in San Marcos. After my sophomore year, I was going to transfer to UT after I moved to Austin, but found that I missed San Marcos tremendously and went back. I was going to post my love of the Rice band, but seriously, it's kinda hard to do that now.
I was in the Rice band... full time for 5 years and part time for the next 5. As far as I know, T_J never was.
I thought this was a thread about college football traditions? Or, at least, a derailment discussing how stupid it is to argue about how much greater one school's are than another's...?
Any band that actually marches VIOLINS is OK by me. Not to mention marching a bass player complete with some dude toting around the amp behind him. Gotta love The Mob.
Fixed, I don't know what you trying to say but I fixed up the word you made up in your original post. Meta, hahaha, that's stupid
One of my favorite college football traditions is the horde of Bobcats who root for the Horns because our school sucks at sports! Two '96 Gold Medalists not included.
Dude, before LiL Pun asks another Computer question, I'd like to ask: How do you have Internet Access on The Moon? Inquiring minds want to know.
I'm hoping some of the Texas fans will be able to experience a few OSU traditions in September: 1. Dotting the I takes the cake for me, gives me chills each time. 2. O-H-I-O cheer is also something to behold and will be even greater since it will be a night game with 102,000 crazy people.
