Rockets logo on Channel 2

    Anyone notice that Channel 2 shows a Rockets logo that is colored black? Is this an official logo? Every Rockets logo I've seen it has either been red on white or white on red.

    I wonder if the Rockets front office knows about the different colored logo on Channel 2. If they do, they haven't done anything about it since Channel 2 has been showing it all season.

    Hey, it beats seeing that old "dildo" logo we used to have. I still come across that in the national media and websites at times.

    I couldn't find it on Channels 2's website, but if you watch the sportscast it's above the sportscasters shoulder whenever he talks about the Rockets.

    You are not the only one that has noticed that. I have no idea why they use that black logo, but they do. Maybe they just want to be different.

    the black logo should only be used in black and white treatments.
    in color, you've gotta show the rocket's red glare!

    much better than ESPN, though. they're still using the old logo on the NBA page
