Bskball.com reports Derek Anderson is miffed at the Spurs and seeking a sign and trade deal from the Spurs. Anybody have any guesses who he might go to, and what do you think they could get for him (given that they have no bird rights, so the contract would probably be @ around $5mil/yr)? ------------------
I think if he went anywhere via sign and trade, it would be to Denver. Also, there's going to have to be a 3rd team involved to make it work IMO. The darkhorse team could be the Blazers, since they wanted him last offseason, and they have the ammunition to get a deal done without including a 3rd team in a sign and trade.
