Oh, no doubt, but he's not looking someone up and down...

For example, the foul where Howard was on a fast break and moved into Bowen to draw a foul and walked over kneeing Bowen in the head while staring him down...I wanted someone to go out and deck that f***er...who better than Sura. hahaha

It just showed such disrespect and immaturity. NO CLASS...T-Mac could have done that, he just looks at the crowd and his teammates when he does something more amazing than drawing a foul by running into someone on a fast break...

there's a large difference between being intense and making a gesture to your teammates after dropping a dagger on someone -- and staring down the other team after making 2 jumpers in the third.

very, very big difference...and that was roxgirl's point.

we arent talking like it is a foregone conclusion....just discussing something that was brought up by a radio head...

I have already stated in multiple threads that we should not overlook the rest of this series.

I think most of us know this....I know the Rockets do. VG will make sure of it.

Outstanding! I hope there are more of you to come out of the woodwork and join in the discussions. It gets damned tiresome not having the female perspective. Some are here, like Isabel, thank goodness, but not many. You should consider putting something in your signature to point out your gender!

I don't know what they're talking about Phoenix being the toughest matchup. I think the team we'll have the most trouble with is the battle-tested Spurs.

But, I think this team can take on all comers at this point.

"I think the team we'll have the most trouble with is the battle-tested Spurs."

normally i would say yes, but seeing TD play the way he did makes me wonder if he's ready to play. If he comes back and plays well, then sure...Spurs are the team to worry about, along with the suns :)

"Speaking about 610, Rich & the other guy pick the Mav in 7"

I felt it was a toss up before it started...I only chose rockets in 7 b/c of being a home team fan, but seeing how the Rockets are now up 2-0, the scales tip heavily in their favor. And I have respect for the mavs b/c anything can happen, but there is somethign about the composure of this Rockets team that has me believing that I just knew they'd come back in game 2, and that they will close out this series in the next 2 or 3 games...something makes me feel that.

I have been thinking the same thing, but I can't shake this recurring dream I keep having of an all Van Gundy coached Finals. :D

I am glad you guys brought up Josh Howard.

Given, he has been playing amazing, but all during yesterday's game, he acted as he was entitled some form of superstar-respect. Twice he tried to get into Bowen, the second time he initiated the contact and got up off the floor like he Bowen had intentionally tripped him (again, when Howard created the tangle-up). I know it's all probably in the name of mind-games, but I think that ****e is ridiculous.

Loved how Yao just dominated Dampier. Sucker.

Loved even more that the Rockets won.

I think everyone has underestimated the impact of not having Nash..

the regular season maybe not much impact.. but the playoffs show how much they miss him..

for the past years, Nash has been leading them in the playoffs.. I don't think Dirk or anyone else is ready to lead them..
