I can't find the threads with the suggestions I was given, so where should we watch the game? We're at 47th and 7th. Bar food is a necessity. And no, I'm not going to ESPN Zone. Gracias. P.S. Master Baiter, if you're reading this, I lost your number. Give me a shout at if you're in town and want to hang.
I live at 50th and 8th. Go to either Kevin St. James or Scruffy Duffy's - both on 8th Ave between 46th and 47th...
Yeah I'm going to start signing him up to be harrassed by the 24 hour fitness people who call 10+ times trying to get you to sign up for a membership. Then I'll put him on the Tom DeLay supporters list, as well as sign him up as a willing participant in several phone surveys. I'll hold out on giving his number to the armed forces' recruiters, though, as that would be too much. I'll wait for him to bother me enough to warrant that.
I've done it three or four times and have never had a problem. I choose to see the good in people unlike your typical Republican who views everyone not named Jesus with paranoid nervousness. Rockthahouse, We ended up at Kevin St. James for the first half. My buddy was still hurting from last night, so we watched the second half in the suite.
OK, the people we were talking to last night said we had to go drink in East Village. I've been surfing around www.newyorkmetro.com and found a couple of bars that sound interesting. How's Cherry Tavern?
I'm here, I'm queer, I need more beer! BTW, Cherry Tavern is a cool little joint. It's definitely a locals place and the weather tonight kept a lot of them at home. However, you can't beat a shot of tequila and a Tecate for $5 in NYC. We went to d.b.a. from there which was a cool joint too. Tried not to get too drunk tonight so I can sightsee a little before we leave tomorrow afternoon. I do miss my fiancee' though. This trip has been badass, but that may be the most badass thing to come of it. Not that I was thinking about leaving or anything, but this is the first time we've spent this much time away from one another in a while and I've missed her terribly. Now I know I'm a little drunk because I'm rambling in my post. I normally just torture my friends instead of all the posters.
Awwwwww.... RM misses his fiancee, how cute. Say, SamFisher lives over there by the East Village - perhaps he can provide some male companionship for you. A shoulder to cry on, or a warm body with which to man-snuggle. Sam, call RM's cell phone immediately. Thx in advance.
check out Matt's Grill. It's a nice bar and grill on the east side... ask for Mike Cedillo. He's a buddy of mine. Tell him D from Dallas sent you. They should have the game on there. By the way, the food is excellent there.
Texxx, I had a very upscale fete in Tribeca to attend on Saturday, thrown by some very important individuals, one of whom I am told has appeared on the cover of Forbes magazine while at a very young age. I was unable to telephone RM95, and unfortunately was forced to back out of other social commitments as well in order to keep up appearnaces. However, don't think I wouldn't have, had there not been an intervening engagement.
