Okay, sensin' just a bit of sarcasm. You know Dwyer is a poster here, and a Rockets fan, or so I thought...:(

This is not a cop-out, just the truth:

I literally flipped a nickel for my Mavs/Rockets pick. My predictions were due and I couldn't choose one team. Anyone who thinks that either Dallas or Houston has an advantage over each other is lying to you, this is a literal and figurative coin flip. All other series' you can argue intelligently for a potential winner, but not this one.

I can't wait for this series to start.

If this is really true, then we have a lot of Maverick-biased coins around.

However hard they try not to, the Mavericks all seem to be thinking about a playoff run. While the Rockets are (I hope!) thinking about the Mavericks.

If, actually, the two teams are very closely matched, then this can work significantly to the Rockets advantage.

    Lets see.

That's his job. I'm not actually sure if Kelly is a Rockets fan or not, but even if he is the most devoted of Rockets fans it's his job to be somewhat objective and professional. Can't blame him for that.

That said, I hope the Rockets make you look like an idiot, Kelly! :D

Bill Walton picked the Mavs over the Rockets too during the Philly-Detroit halftime on ABC...

He said that the Dallas pace will be too fast and "Yao Ming won't be able to catch up..."

Man--its going to feel really good if we win this series with all these doubters...

He was right about Yao, wrong about the end result. Guess Yao might not be the factor I thought he had to be. Credit to Gundy for knowing he can't depend on Yaozer.

Thank goodness for T-mac, still, we got 3 more wins to go, and Dirk will be back.

Yeah, I know that, and I agree. Still, it'd be cool if he just said screw it, and picked the Rockets anyways.:)

I don't hate Yao, I'm just pissed at the effort he put forth. If he's going to foul out, at least do it when some force.

7 of 8 sports illustrated experts picked san antonio to win the championship. damn they'll look foolish if they don't get past the first round. i think that SA will win this round because of how they played last game, but damn, i hope the nuggets pull it out.
