As long as he plays for anyone other than the Rockets I hope he NEVER earns it! :)

That's not photoshoped. You could see it at the end of the game vs. Detriot when he took off his shirt after the loss.

Faos, you do realize that the reason you want Lebron to fail is essentially the same reason why everybody resents and bashes Yao Ming, right? Yao had a few 20 point games, and the hype machine went out of control. Now, there is definately a backlash. It's pretty much the same phenomenom with Lebron, except he's a better player.

I wanted the Cavs to not make it because they are playing awful basketball. I'd rather see the Nets put up a fight than watch Lebron, an injured Z, and a bunch of crappy, no heart roleplayers get crushed like a bug.

"James tore off his jersey and quickly walked off the court, exposing the “Chosen 1″ tattoo across the top of his back."

you know if Lebron wasnt "King" James or the "CHOSEN 1" instead we nicknamed him flash? or flighty? even the truth serum?

    I would be more receptive.

I guess im just tired of the media all over him and to be fair I think that was a reason so many people wanted to see Yao fail was all the hype. But hes a Rox so it doesnt matter to us.

TECHNICLY......LBJ is 20 (he's just like 6 weeks older than me....and yeah, I am kind of bitter that a guy 6 weeks older than me has already SPENT more money than I will ever see......just to think if I had been born 6 weeks earlier, black, and in Akron, OH)

Heck of a ball player though.....hope he succedes eventually

Guys, it's playoff, not ASG. It's not something you vote for, but rather players shed sweat or even blood, hard-fought for. It's 82 games season. You get a lucky break here and there, but you won't get that for 82 games. Everyone makes it, deserves it. Look at the Nets' recent record, they pushed so hard and so successfully, why not them?

I would never hate someone I don't know personally. LeBron is a great player with incredible potential, but that along can't guarantee you a playoff spot. But the "chosen one" or "King James" crap is really annoying. I would rather to see Kidd and VC, maybe RJ to give Shaq and Wade a decent fight. So, I don't feel sorry for LeBron.

Agreed! I like Lebron. He isnt cocky, doesnt seme to talk much trash and isnt selfish. He just plays and wants to win. I dont have any problems with LeBron the player and I wish him success.

But I DO have a problem with the Media. There are PLENTY of great players in the league to talk about yet they only focus on a select few and then gripe when those players arent in the playoffs. Ridiculous.

Everybody knows that the last 10% of everything is the toughest and the hardest part. That 10% builds characters.

In Chinese: while Walking 100 miles, you are only half way there at the 90 mile mark.

On programming: the last 10% will take 90% effort.

Yeah right. MJ was kicked out off the 1st round 3 times at the begining of his career.

did he not put up monster numbers though? i don't see how I'm wrong. LeBron seems to be one of those players that rise up to the occasion (ie. 27pts 14reb 14asts)

It was Kenyon Martin that made fun of Mourning's kidney transplant, not Richard Jefferson. Get your facts straight. Jefferson is a class guy.
