Yeah it was just on 2 minutes ago. It was reported by Mark Berman and he said that he has been rehabing really well.

I saw it on Fox26, Mark Berman said Howard may possibly be back for the Western Conference Finals when the Rockets make it there.

You guys better not be ****ing around.

This would be great news if we could make it that far. :)

So basically the Rockets have to extend their season into late May and Juwan will be able to return? That sounds easy enough. :)

It is impossible. It is his heart has problem. I don't believe he will risk his life playing.

Plus he doesn't have time to get into the game shape.

It isn't impossible. Maybe he checked out well ... or got some more opinions. Doctors may have cleared him to play sooner than they thought before.

That being said, I wouldn't hold my breath. Anything we get out of Juwan in the playoffs will be a bonus.

If the Rockets somehow make it to the conference finals without Howard, I wouldn't even bother playing Howard if he does make a comeback. Why mess with the chemistry?

If we could make it all the way to WCF without Howard, I would rather give him rest until next season. Though I am very happy for him, I'm afraid that he will affect our chemistry. Moreover, we have to reserve a playoff spot for him. Anyway, let's beat the Mavericks first!

If Rockets win a championship this year, can Juwan get his without making the playoff roster? If not, maybe he will try to come back to be a bench warmer. :)

Seriously. Even if he comes back, there is no time for him to get into game shape. I doubt JVG will take the risk to play him just so to get him into shape. Plus, it might affect the good team chemistry.

Berman said he MAY be ready, if cleared by doctors, to suit up if the rockets make the western conference finals.

Juwan wont be ready for the 1st or 2nd rounds......and there's only a CHANCE of him bein availabe for the wcf......still better than nothing!

    take it as u wish.

if he has a legitimate chance of returning (eg. 60%+) then i say put him in on the playoff roster. I mean we're tlaking about 12th man Moochie Norris; he's not going to leave the bench in the playoffs.

Great... Why doesn't Howard say he'll come back in the last quarter of game 7 of the NBA Championship games, if the Rockets make it that far???

He won't have to worry about returning, the Rockets won't get that far. IF they beat Dallas, they will definitely go on to the WCF. But the Mavs is the single biggest obstacle in the playoffs for the Rocks, at least if/until they bump into the Spurs.

The odds are heavily stacked against them
