No, you own the CD, you own a LICENSE of the code or the game, and it IS against the law to resell it. That is why you can not resell MS XP, same laws apply here. DD
LOL, you get far more entertainment out of a game than you do a Movie....many more hours....at $50 a game it is a bargain when you consider you get, in some cases, thousands of hours of entertainment. DD
Against the law, or against an EULA placed on the packaging? And I believe that it's easy to draw a line between PC Software (or games) and console games. PC software can be installed and then you don't need the CDs anymore. You can easily copy the CDs, if needed. Console games require the CDs be inserted to play every time, and are not as easily copyable. Didn't the gaming industry sue Blockbuster years back for renting games, and lose?
this is kinda OT but does anyone know if you sell games/systems to gamestop do u get cash or store credit?
you can get either or. but if you choose cash youll get less money to promote you choosing store credit and shopping there again.
