Please bring JB and Deke back. Their vet leadership and productivity off the bench has been great for us.

And we want him back too! Resign Barry (and Mutombo). Sura and James are coming back anyway, right? What about Wesley?

Wesley has one more year remaining after this one. I doubt we will resign him after that since he is already 35 years old and his game has been declining over the last few seasons.

Not that I want to start something Will but, why didn't you just say "Yao Ming", instead of a formidable big man. They don't come much bigger and formidable ???

Where would we be without his fast break 3's and cross-court behind-the-back passes? He'll be back, JVG won't leave him hanging.

Just for fun, sign Barry and Deke $15 millions a piece for a year. So when next year's over, we'll have $52 millions in expiring contracts... (Deke + Barry + Moochie + Baker + Ward + Spoon + Wesley)

Maybe we'll get KG + Kidd + Chandler with those contracts... ;)

The situation here is perfect for those senior NBA players. No wonder Nikc the quick wants to be here so badly for the next season. Those guys before we snatch them were all dying career wise in the league. Look what happened to them after they join us. Deke all of sudden found his former self as a stellar defensive player. D.Wes has been shooting pretty well except for that 10 game slump. Barry couldnt even make the Hawks rotation now found himself as a important sub in JVG's rotation. Sura admitted he's having the best year of his career. And Mike James couldnt be happier to be on a contending team again contributing big. If Geoge Karl is turn around specialist, JVG is a turn-old-fart-to-gold specialist.

Yeah, I'm much more impressed with his game now than I was when we first got him.

Barry's cool. I'm on his side.

This is great because with this kind of statement he is almost begging to be paid the minimum (im not sure whether he would command more in the open market anyway).

Hopefully Deke can also be had for the minimum (+ promise of some serious charitable activities, which of course does not count against the cap).

I can see the Rockets having a whole parade of veterans in future years too...

One reason why Yao and Tracy deserve the max: because people like playing with them.

He will be back for sure along with Mike James since the Rockets wanted him in the off season now they get their man for 3 years...do'nt know about the rest of the guys.

Wesley is the only one i could see not here next year...
