Okay, Win's tournament is finishing up and we all know how much fun these tourneys have been, well except for Fatty's!:p :D

I have some time to run another one of these and there have been so many other bands that were not in the first 2 that would be in this one - a so-called "leftover" battle.

I have a rough draft drawn up and will say that the 4 #1 seeds are the Allman Brothers Band, the Kinks, Cream, and Genesis.

Other bands that are in the rough draft:

The Shins, the Strokes, Everclear, ELP (Emerson, Lake, and Palmer), Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Judas Priest, Kansas, Interpol, Boston, New Order, Heart, Blur, and the Bee Gees! :p

So what says the board? Yay or nay for the Leftover Battle?

I love the stuff. We could start a whole 'battle of...' board in my opinion.

Like the cleaning of a house ... It Never Ends. With Gabriela DeFarge as Gabriela St. Farge. Allegra Hamilton as Sister Bernadette and Roxy Monoxide. And as Dr. Tad Winslow, Moe Szyslak.

I'd be up for it, as long as there was a spot for Sleater-Kinney.

Since I'm bored, here's a list of all 127 ineligible bands:

I think you will be pleasantly pleased with some of the bands as Danzig and the Misfits are in the rough draft version.

Actually I have Danzig against Rancid and Misfits against Dream Theater - hardly the darlings of the critics - don't be hatin', Freaky:p .

As for solo artists, I have a field drawn up for that as well. Prince is a #2 seed and #1 seeds are Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, and Bruce Springsteen. It might be better to do that tourney; however, it was very hard to come up with 64 solo artists.

just dont put radiohead in here if they loose again!

i say its time for the healing to begin. solo artisits should be allowed in the battle of the bands. but if thats the case than you probably just listed the eventual final 4.
