The number one billboard song the day you were born often describes your life. Let's test this theory. What day you were born, what song was number 1, and did it describe your life pretty accurately? ------------------ humble, but hungry.
May 7, 1969 Aquarias/Let the Sunshine In - The 5th Dimension For those of you who don't remember, it's the one that goes, "This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius..." Well, I have been interested in stuff outside of the traditional ways of living. That was kind of a late hippie song. Hmmmm.... Yuk! Never liked that song. Here's the rest of the top 5 from that week (at that time, #1 was done weekly, not daily)... 2. You've Made Me So Very Happy - Blood, Sweat & Tears (I like that song) 3. Dizzy - Tommy Roe (huh?) 4. Galveston - Glen Campbell (well, it's only an hour from here) 5. Time of the Season - Zombies (VERY cool song - I love the Zombies) Hmmmmm..... I have no idea what any of that means. I do know that having the Billboard Book of Number One Hits sure comes in handy. ------------------ Me fail English? That's unpossible. Birthdate: Dec. 19, 1969 Song: Steam's "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" Assessment: Well, I have dumped a lot of guys... ------------------
March 9, 1962 Elvis Presley - Can't Help Falling In Love / Rock-A-Hula-Baby - in the UK Bruce Channel - Hey! Baby - in the USA Bobby Darin - Multiplication - in Oz I have no idea what it all means... ------------------ 'Deeds, not words, shall speak me.'
