Besides JVG getting fired or Yao sucking or TMac jacking up too many shots..
The biggest debate has been the power forward position.

Instead of saying "we should have signed...Blah Blah"
What PF do you thank the lord we do not have on our team now..

Other than Keith Van Horn, any on that list is a huge upgrade over what we have, especially with JHoward out (must be killin' ya ain't it tinman).

Somehow these Michigan Forwards are UN-CLUTCH. Ironic? Cause Michigan is where cars are made.

Webber not being able to school Antoine Walker tonight or Raef LaFrentz?

If we have any of those guys on the roster, especially if you don't include KVH, I'd be feeling really good about our chances in the playoffs right now. The PF position on the Rockets have been absolutely crap since the chuckster retired.

I remeber Austin Croshere getting the full presidential tour of Houston after his great playoff appearence during his contract year. I recall us doing everything to sign him and the fans(including myself) wanted him. Well, i think i'd pass on that 8.9 million dollar salary now!

I also agree with meh's comments.

i'm glad we do not have webber with his contract. But i realy dislike Walker, so i voted for him. I think he is one of the most evoerrated PF in the nba

Why are SAR, Boozer, and Kenny Thomas on this poll, I would love to have either of them at the four, especially over Spoon and Baker.

All of these players were traded/rumored to be traded earlier in the year. KT, SAR did get traded. And Boozer was rumored to be sent to the Lakers.

Yeah Toine and KVH were traded too. So all of them were traded this year, except for Boozer.
but I put him on cause he was suppose to traded for Odom but they balked on it.

Crochere is way better than MoT shows more heart but not as good of a scorer but I never really thought MoT was either he just would jack up a bunch of jump shots and baby hooks that never went in until the end of last year. In fact now that I think of it MoT is lazy and should have been playing hard like he did last year

I think the rockets thought about getting kenny thomas back last season for mo and some chump change but 76ers didnt bite. Thomas' a pretty solid pf who's probably da best fit for us of all those players, he had a career game against da lakers da other nite as a matter of fact.

You mean like how unclutch Juwan Howard was this season with us?

Webber may not be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but only you would put 1 or 2 bad games and say that's indicative of his career. Yao got owned by Cabarkapa and Ostertag and TMac was shut down couple of times by ____ (insert your random scrub) several times. I'm guessing them both suck and are unclutch too.

At the worst, all of them are good trade baits.

    I don't get it -

Is this poll some kind of joke? I'd take any of those guys over Spoon. They don't have to be the best player on the floor just a part of the puzzle. Obviously none of those players would be my first choice, but evaluating our current situation at the PF I can't see why anyone would not want anyone of those guys (including VH). Anyone who thinks we're better with Spoon on the floor over anyone on that list needs to watch more basketball.

i would take anyone over spoon. maybe not webber because of his terrible contract.

i might even consider webber if it meant winning a championship this year and maybe next. but any of those guys would be fine by me.
