    OMG...what are you on?

The most horrid example of the bad calls against Yao was when Nash barely grazed Yao's side when driving to the basket..adn fell down...it ws called on Yao eventho he barely even hd physical contact with him...and even then, it the contact was just Nash slipping to th efloor by himself.

You have GOT to be kidding!

Yao is a pretty decent defender, mainly due to his size and not awesome shot-blocking abilities.

Deke is twice the defensive presence Yao is, anyone who would say otherwise doesn't understand anything about basketball AND/OR simply hasn't watched the games and how Deke clogs the middle with his defense/rebounding whenever he is in. Deke changes the game with his defense like no other player in the LEAGUE (yes, I do mean in the league). His reputation scares off opponents from driving in, and that is EXACTLY why the Rockets tend to make runs when he is in the game, because their defense becomes THAT much better with the guards willing to play more aggressive defense on the perimeter, not being afraid of getting beat off the dribble, because Deke is there (read my sig for more clarification ;) )

Yao has MUCH to learn from Deke on the defensive end. Still, I can't really expect Yao to be as good defensively as Deke, Deke is just THAT good, and he is in the twilight of his career. Yao is a good enough defender for us, his only real problems are fouls/stamina: that is it, those are the ONLY two areas that he needs to work on, otherwise I am very happy with everything else he does.

Needless to say, Deke's main problem is that he is a blackhole on offense when he is in, but he more than makes up for that with hit grit, toughness, and determination inside.

    I LOVE the cookie monster!:)

at this moment, ROX secure 6th seed is everything, YAO 's numbers/time is not the issue. DEKE protect RBs better last night. Amare beat YAO on second attempt--a truly gift from GOD

you guys need to watch FSNSW more than ESPN

    The refs were horrid

did ESPN show replays on fouls that were called on Yao? They were phantom calls

Deke's defense is better, when I talked about presence, I am not just talking about a defensivep presence. It's just a totally different team when Yao was on the bench. I watched that New Orleans loss, the whole team is just a lot weaker without Yao in there.

Are you kidding me? Here's what one of them had to say:

If we really face HOU in the 1st RD, I suggest we hurt TMAC in the 1st minute in game1.

As much as people here hate the Suns, I don't see anybody saying hurt Marion/Amare/Nash. Although Hunter needs a well deserved elbow...

They just saying to hurt TMac because TMac killed them. Hypothetically, if I have to hurt somebody on the suns to make sure we win in a serie, that guy has to be Steve Nash, without Nash, they're not as good as we are.

How about we don't hurt anybody at all jackass? I'd rather lose than become the new age j*zz, which the Suns are rapidly trying to emulate. Playing dirty is not kool.

I stick up for the Rockets fans and somebody like you pops up.
