Because the quotes aren't redundant. Why don't you use an alias like... --Floyd --Gertrude --droxchevy btw, not annoying.
I hate the signatures. I have them turned off because it just clutters everything up. I dont find signing your post to be annoying.

Getting back to the point of the thread.... My perfect Hangout member: 1. Would know a lot about music - possibly as much as Manny, but I realize that's asking a lot. 2. Would talk a lot about The O.C. (it's a shame we have no thread here) 3. Is really funny and who sparks laughter with just about every post 4. Starts threads that are unique and new - just like this one. 5. Appreciates the mainstream rap of today (Ludacris, 50 Cent, Eminem, etc.), so they could argue with me against the old-timers who just don't understand in the "Elton John Has Lost His Mind" thread. 6. Isn't concerned with how many posts he/she has.
This thread reminds me of the crap on a dating site like Match. There is just a weird overtone to the whole thing. I dont particularly like it and I dont think I'll come into this thread again. I feel dirty.
My perfect hangout member would: be funny, be open-minded, not get offended easily, show care and concern for others... ...post in relationship threads, tell lots of funny or crazy stories, post about music but include the easy stuff to explain who some of these bands are to the rest of us, would post lots of deep thoughts about whatever he/she was thinking and feeling, and, when going to D&D, would not let himself/herself get upset or rude... and would NOT post so much about models, actresses, and p*rn stars. Most of y'all are close enough.
