That's no dog, that's an AssPuppet. They're very big in Europe. I went through this Am I Hot Or Not site a month or two ago. My rule was that if the girls were in a bikini or obviously showing skin in order to get a higher rating, I gave 'em a 1. There were several women that I found attractiev that only had ratings around 5 or so (some even lower).
